Lucy integrated seamlessly to our team, quickly matching the team’s energy and helping us improve processes. She promotes a culture of service with our faculty and consistently shares best practices with her colleagues. Lucy is quick to solve issues and eager to learn new systems when needed. She is very professional, treating everyone with respect, and she interacts with staff and faculty in a consistently thoughtful and professional manner. I agree wholeheartedly that Lucy exceeds expectations. She has also taken the initiative to enhance our team’s work by improving our website, creating new accessibility materials and a webpage for our school, developing a template for online modules, and teaching our student worker how to remediate files for accessibility compliance. Whenever she sees an opportunity to make things better, she is not shy to suggest it, which is awesome. Lucy has been very responsible in completing tasks and projects on time and has even suggested projects to improve our workflows and processes.

Lucy never shied away from uncomfortable or difficult conversations that needed to be had and navigated them with poise and authenticity. She assumed her role with minimal training but took to her tasks with diligence and excellent organizational skills. She asked clarifying questions when necessary and worked diligently to find answers, and to disseminate information as needed. Lucy took it upon herself to understand the role of each member well enough so that when she delegated tasks, she knew what she was asking of her team members. She was motivated to stretch the resources available to IBP most efficiently to serve the mission of the program as best as possible. I greatly enjoyed my working relationship with Lucy and believe that she would be a valuable asset to any organization she joins.

Lucy has excellent practical experience in creating educational/learning technologies that are grounded in neuroscience and child development. My interactions with her conveyed her high intelligence and passion for learning, along with a demeanor that fits easily into a team.
